(“the Application”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when
users interact with the Application.
TJ’s AI Assistant is currently a personal development and testing
project designed to explore WhatsApp messaging, artificial intelligence,
and workflow automation.
Information We May Process
When you communicate with TJ’s AI Assistant through WhatsApp, we may
process information that you voluntarily provide, including your
WhatsApp phone number, profile information made available through
WhatsApp, message content, and files or media that you choose to send.
We only process information that is necessary to receive your request,
perform the requested action, and provide a response.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to receive and respond to WhatsApp messages,
process user requests, test AI-powered features, improve application
functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide automation
features requested by the user.
WhatsApp and Meta
TJ’s AI Assistant uses the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.
Messages and related information may therefore be processed by Meta in
accordance with Meta’s and WhatsApp’s applicable privacy policies and
terms.
Artificial Intelligence and Service Providers
The Application may use third-party technology providers to process
requests and provide AI or automation functionality. These providers
may include Google services and other infrastructure providers required
for the operation of the Application.
Information is only shared with service providers when necessary to
provide the requested functionality.
Google Services
If Google services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or
other Google APIs are connected to the Application, access will only be
used to perform actions explicitly authorized by the user.
Access to Google account information will not be sold or used for
advertising purposes.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Information may only be shared with service providers necessary to
operate the Application, comply with legal requirements, protect the
security of the Application, or complete an action specifically
requested by the user.
Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to
operate, test, troubleshoot, or improve the Application, unless a longer
retention period is required by law or by the infrastructure providers
used by the Application.

messages, and other information processed by the Application.
Nevertheless, no online service or electronic storage method can
guarantee absolute security.
User Control and Permissions
Users may revoke permissions granted to connected services at any time
through the relevant service provider, such as Meta, WhatsApp, or
Google.

Users may request deletion of information associated with their use of
TJ’s AI Assistant by contacting us using the email address provided
below.
Please include enough information in your request for us to identify
the relevant data. We will process reasonable deletion requests as
quickly as practicable, subject to any legal or technical retention
requirements.
Third-Party Services
TJ’s AI Assistant may interact with third-party platforms. Those
platforms operate under their own privacy policies, terms, and data
handling practices. We encourage users to review the policies of any
connected service.
